The challenge was to increase awareness among young people in and around Frankfurt am Main for VGF's apprenticeship programs, while simultaneously communicating the job profiles and employer benefits.

To boost awareness for VGF's apprenticeship programs within the relevant target group, a clear social media focus was adopted: transparent communication of benefits, playful ad design, and two targeted flights in spring and winter 2025/2026 – each timed before the apprenticeship start dates. Through Meta and Snapchat, we addressed not only the learners themselves but also their parents as crucial influencers. The result: significantly more applications – both in quantity and quality.

Outcome: 66% more applications for apprenticeship positions compared to the same period last year without an apprentice campaign*.
