MÖBEL MARTIN Case Study: Effective advertising campaigns through the integration of video ads on Youtube

First-class brand expertise, excellent customer service, over 60,000 items at eight locations in Germany — Möbel Martin, provider of high-quality furniture, invested in advertising its comprehensive range of video ads on YouTube in order to now also place visual advertising in addition to its radio advertising campaigns.

As part of the collaboration with Möbel Martin, adlicious has developed an advertising campaign tailored to the furniture provider's target group, which focuses on activating campaigns. The campaign's visual teases the various furniture categories, similar to Möbel Martin's radio advertising campaigns. However, thanks to YouTube ads, the visual component could now also be used in addition to brand activation via audio. In order to further increase reach, YouTube ads were extended to display advertising with in-banner videos. The advertising material visualizes the various categories of Möbel Martin's product range — similar to a printed brochure that is leafed through. In addition, a sales day points to summer discounts.

Since radio advertising challenges the fragmentation of broadcasters — which makes it difficult to reach the target group in a centralized way — YouTube Ads proved to be extremely practical for overcoming this problem and reaching and effectively reaching the desired target group in a centralized manner.

In addition, video ads on YouTube can significantly reduce wastage, resulting in a more efficient campaign overall. This integration of video ads on YouTube has helped to spread Möbel Martin's advertising message in an appealing and targeted way, which has had a positive effect on the visibility and reach of the brand.
