Targeted, creative employer branding campaigns for trainees, career starters and professionals led to a significantly higher profile of ENTEGA as an employer and significantly increased the number of applicants. Through segmentation and data-based optimization, all KPIs were exceeded, with applicant uplifts of 79.2% (trainees) and 45.9% (professionals).
